It is estimated that 1 in 4 adults ages 65 and older experiences a fall each year.  Further, deaths as a result of falling are on the rise among adults 75 and older.

Closer to home, according to the CDC, 33.9% of older adults have fallen in Texas with the national average being 28%. Half of these individuals do not tell their doctor. Experiencing a fall makes it twice as likely to fall again.  All of this makes falls prevention more important than ever.

We take the health of our patients and staff very seriously and are taking every precaution necessary to keep everyone safe. Please read the following for more information:

  1. Every morning before patients arrive, we disinfect our entire office and waiting room. Therapy rooms and equipment are disinfected between every patient visit.
